According to a study published by McKinsey Global Consulting firm, more than 19 million US workers—and counting—have quit their jobs since April 2021, a record pace disrupting businesses everywhere.

Meanwhile, there are 19 million people with a felony conviction that are unemployable for many organizations.

For employers to remain competitive and continue with a more equitable post-Covid recovery, bringing non-traditional (second chance employment, veterans and less than 100% ability status) talent to the forefront of recruitment and hiring will be of paramount importance.
